Like a mini-resort with a summer swimming pool, spa pool, and a games room with pool table, table tennis, board games, children’s toys and books. A children’s playground, free guest laundry, parking for boats and trailers, carports for motorbikes and e-bikes.
With only 10 rooms/apartments and set well back off the road, it is quiet and peaceful with a park-like setting. Only 5 minutes walk to town and 2 minutes walk to the Lake.
There is a Mini Supermarket with a 4 Square, Butcher, Café, Takeaway and one of Taupo’s best Restaurants – The Brantry all directly across the road.

Such a beautiful spot for families...
We came here this long Easter weekend and was welcomed by the owners along with little treats for our son. The location is walking distance to town and across the road is a four square. Great spot if you have kids as they have a playground area along with spa, pool and games room. The one bedroom apartment was perfect for us and had sky tv as well in the rooms. Will now be our “go to” accommodation going forward.

What a great motel...
Have been twice and will book here again. Owner and staff are amazing. Always there to help with whatever we need. Very clean and daily servicing of rooms. Amazing upgraded pool and accommodation.

Another fantastic stay...
We stayed with our extended family for three nights and it was perfect. Family friendly, great location and amazing service. The kids loved the playground and spa too. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

All in all it was a home away from home and we can't wait to return...
We stayed in a 2 bedroom family suite for 3 nights and would highly recommend this place for families. The room was exactly like the photos and it was very spacious for our family of 4. The entire place was extremely clean and warm and the electric blankets made our stay even more comfortable. Location was convenient only 2km from town yet far enough from all the traffic and noise on the lake front.

We stayed there 2 nights during our trip to Taupo. We had 2 BR family unit. Good location and rooms are spacious, equipped with electric blankets (night time temperature was 2 degree Celsius) and air-con in the main lounge area. Owner is very friendly and helpful.
